Project Description

CLP is a master planned, Class A, infill industrial development North of Denver. The site is situated adjacent to I-76 to allow immediate access to all the Denver areas primary highways and interstate. The park facilities will consist of 2 bulk distribution and 3 rear load buildings on a 60.4-acre site with areas for outside storage. Building A offers 106,475 SF rear load, with 28-foot clear height. The exterior concrete panels were accented with textured paint, reveals, and shadow panels.
