Project Description

The InnovAge Sacramento project was a remodel of an existing single-story tilt-up concrete office building into a new senior day center. A striking new architectural entry tower was added in addition to a bus canopy, and exterior patios for participants. Interior buildout included a clinic, full kitchen, day rooms, physical therapy and occupational therapy, dining room, and administrative offices. Designed to provide care and socialization to the elderly as well as easy access to additional services on-site such as personal hygiene, dentist, and hair salon.

Client Profile

InnovAge is a Colorado-based organization that provides a variety of specialized alternative medical and senior care services including in-home care, healthcare, adult day care, and rehabilitation facilities.

In 2016 InnovAge converted from a non-profit organization to profit.
